how does the buff [black market] work?

    I have equipped black market for quit some time
    and it says 2300 bounty spent to upgrade buff level

    but i must have spent more then 2300 already
    i have not seen any upgrade on buff level
    or gain any new buff

    please help

    or do i have to spend 2300 in one round?

    please don't mind answering my question too:

    Why remove bounty (green) toasters from the PR servers and decide to remove the common skill Charity?

    Bounty toasters simply took out a lot of the "skill" element. I don't disagree in terms of PR-CO, they could be beneficial. However, in a PR-VS environment, it ended up being beneficial to remove them for other reasons, also.

    Charity was removed due to an unforeseeable spike (in a negative way) towards a Points Reloaded Saturation Point. I'm sure HonorCode has other reasons behind it that I'm not mentioning here.

    As far as I can tell it was part of PR 1.2.0.0 and should be working. Since it obviously isn't, I'll need to do some further research of my own.
