Cannot pick up quest items?

Hi all,

I just need a little help with a potential bug. I cannot pick up green items that is obviously in my quest, I have started the quest for bandages but when i got to 3/5 I cannot pick them up anymore. I'm pretty certain I am looking at the bandages as theya re the same ones I picked up before. I tried restart the game, rejoin server but its no help.

 

Go into your quest inventory and delete the items. Simply start over collecting them. They're common items and it should work this time. Happy hunting,

I too have had trouble picking up bandages as they all seem to be 'floating'. When you see a bandage, stand IN the item mash E and jump and crouch and look at it from different angles e.t.c. You will pick it up eventually.

 

I'm having the same trouble but with 10 inf blood samples, can't pick them up.
