A quest to get the Unique Buff slot

    So I don't know how to get the unique buff slot, but for the entire duration of me being here, I haven't known or been able to obtain it. So I thought, maybe add a quest to let us get it. I've no idea on stuff like level requirements or difficulty, but I guess it should be a late level quest.

    There was a bit of an event not long ago where the servers were tracking karma slaps. The person with the highest karma slaps won the unique slot I believe.

    That's fair enough for the versus players, but a lot of us don't play it much (or at all!)
