Slow Bad Status Effect (Survivors)
Decreased Movement Speed, this makes you run a lot slower.
Role Effects
Smoker Slower Class
Slowers are meant to stop the survivors from moving forward. The slower smoker specializes on forcing the survivors to come back. It is not as fast as the controller smoker.
- Decreases damage taken by 10-70% (depending on player level 1-220) while dragging survivors
- Smoker gas slows survivors down by 4% each 2 seconds.
Hunter Slower Class
Slowers are meant to stop the survivors from moving forward.
- Decreases speed of target by 3% per hit
- Blocks 0 to 100% of damage based on enemy distance
Spitter Slower Class
Slowers are meant to stop the survivors from moving forward.
- Each spit burn decreases survivor's speed by 3% (Up to 75%)
Buff Effects
Survivor Buffs
Heat Missile Buff
Installs a powerful digital device that allows your grenade launcher's projectile to chase the special infected by analyzing their internal heat. The weight of the device will reduce your base speed by 20% while its equipped.
The seeking only works on special infected within 1000 units at the time of firing.
<Not recommended for versus>
Infected Buffs
Choke Fatigue Buff
Survivors that you suffocate will gain one stack of fatigue per second. After they are released, they will be slowed down by 3% per stack.
(The Below Buff was added in as a Buff Effect because the acid naturally slows down the survivor)
Acid Boomer Trap Buff
Allows you to leave a trap in the floor that will explode when survivors get near. The trap deals 10% (Max HP) current health as true damage to survivors and spawns an acid pool on detonation. You can only place one trap per spawn and can have up to 3 traps placed. Traps disappear doing nothing after 45 seconds.
<The traps DO NOT push survivors>
Vomit Cloud Buff
When you die as a Boomer you will leave a bile cloud for 10 seconds that will bile and slow by 6% per second any survivors that pass through
Bloody Boomer Trap
Allows you to leave a trap in the floor that will explode when survivors get near. The trap slows nearby survivors down by 40%. You can only place one trap per spawn and can have up to 3 traps placed. Traps disappear doing nothing after 45 seconds.
<The traps push survivors away when they explode>
Sticky Goo Buff
Instantly reduces the speed of nearby survivors to 25% upon contact with your acid
<If survivors have already 25% less speed by other sources, this buff does nothing>
Isolated Buff
Your acid slows lonely survivors by 9% per hit
Fatigue Buff
Each hit with your claw will slow down the target survivor by 5% per hit.

Ability Effect (Infected Only): Ice, Butcher, Frozen Drainer, Bloody, Shaman, Freezing, Corrosive, Breeder, Supreme Shaman, Executioner, Supreme Bloody, Supreme Infernal Tank
Ice Tank:
The tank is covered in really cold ice and will rapidly reduce temperature around itself, slowing survivors down. Don't underestimate this tank! It is strong enough to walk around with ice in its body!
(Passive) Ice Emanation: Reduces the speed of nearby survivors by 5% each 0.5 seconds (Max: 75%).
Effect slowly vanishes after going away from the tank.
(Passive) Ice Rock: The rock can explode and the debris will slow down survivors by 35%.
Butcher Tank:
(Passive) Chainsaw Cut: When a survivor is hit by a chainsaw they are damaged by 100HP + 5% of their maximum health. Each subsequent hit on the same target deals 1% more damage. Additionally, they are slowed down by 8%.
Frozen Drainer Tank:
This tank is a Drainer Tank with Ice Tank properties. It seems to loathe fire.
Bloody Tank:
(Active) Curse: On cast, 4 witches will start cursing the nearby area slowing down survivors by 50% and randomly cursing them. Once the curse ends, any survivors inside the area will receive 1/4 Max HP as damage (Doubled if cursed). Cursed survivors will receive 1000% additional damage from all other sources.
Shaman Tank:
(Active) Drop Acid: Leaves a pool of acid that will gradually slow survivors down for up to 25% of their regular speed.
Freezing Tank:
Its name may be deceiving. The tank is not made of ice, has not been frozen and doesn't have a layer of ice either. Its name was given because it is able to freeze survivors using liquid nitrogen. Nobody knows how it started to use nitrogen to attack, but it is a really dangerous tank.
(Passive) Liquid Nitrogen: The tank carries liquid nitrogen containers and throws these instead of rocks. Survivors close to the container explosion will suffer 20-50HP damage and their speed will be reduced by 40%. If too much speed reduction is accumulated, they will become frozen and instantly die to any tank's punch.
(Active) Nitrogen Release: The tank opens up the nitrogen containers to release some. The gas will remain in the area reducing the speed by 10% each second.
NOTE: for the below tank, the acid will naturally slow down survivors.
Corrosive Tank:
This tank is able to produce a special acid that dissolves very important amino acids from human muscle. Infected individuals don't seem to be affected by it. Survivors affected will experience endurance and strength reduction for a long period of time.
(Passive) Acid rock: The rock can explode and will leave a trace of acid.
(Passive) Acid bleedout: The tank drops acid for each 1% HP it loses
(Active) Acid Spit: Spits acid towards a survivor's location
(Active) Acid Hell: Acid will appear under all survivor's feet regardless of how far away they are from the tank.
Breeder Tank:
(Active) Ankle Biter Jockeys: The tank breeds 5 small jockeys that have 20,000HP, are permanently slowed by 50% and cannot leap. Each one deals 1% of the target's current health as damage and slow them by 5% per hit. The jockeys are also immune to burn damage.
Supreme Shaman Tank:
(Active) Drop Acid: Leaves a pool of acid that will gradually slow survivors down for up to 25% of their regular speed.
Executioner Tank:
(Passive) Ice Rock: The rock can explode and the debris will slow down survivors by 35%.
Supreme Bloody Tank:
(Active) Curse: On cast, 4 witches will start cursing the nearby area slowing down survivors by 50% and randomly cursing them. Once the curse ends, any survivors inside the area will receive 25% Max HP as damage (Doubled if cursed). Cursed survivors will receive 1000% additional damage from all other sources.
(Active) Supreme Curse: On cast, 4 tanks will start cursing the nearby area slowing down survivors by 99% and randomly cursing them. Once the curse ends, any survivors inside the area will receive 50% Max HP as damage (Doubled if cursed). This ability is active every 5th curse.
Supreme Infernal Tank:
(Passive) Scorched: The tank deals 100HP extra damage to survivors affected by fire in the past 4 seconds. Each claw hit on scorched survivors creates an additional fire.
(Passive) Supreme Infernal Fire: Fire deals 2% of the target's current health per tick. Additionally, the fire will quickly deteriorate the legs of the survivors slowing them by 1% per tick.
(Passive) Combustion: The tank's blood is highly flammable and will generate fire each time the tank loses 2% of its health.
(Active) Supreme Meteor: The tank periodically summons a meteor that deals 1000HP damage on impact and leaves fire at the floor. Additionally, the impact will suck survivors into the fire. Meteors are summoned faster the lower the tank's health is. At 15% health, the meteors will start homing in on targets.
(Active) Eruption: The tank slams the ground causing a violent eruption, starting a fire. Any nearby survivors will also suffer a stun for 3 seconds.

Tips
- If you are slowed down by infected, try to find some cover for when you can not move around about as easy. That way, you are reducing your vulnerability to infected if out in the open.
- Don't want to be slowed down while going towards an area or the next saferoom? counteract the decreased movement speed with something that would increase movement speed (Adrenaline Shot, Activation of Immolation Buff)
