How to get the Rare Crafting Material:
Unique drop from killing the Craggy Tank with minimum damage required for tank rewards.
Explanation about the Rare Crafting Material:
With the Summit Scenario, you will have more of harder time with the tanks that are spawned before the Craggy Tank, rather than the main tank itself. This is because Craggy Tank, despite being a bit easier of a Scenario tank, will take a while to be defeated by most survivors. If you don't want to be spending a long time on the scenario attempts themselves due to the large requirements, then saving 1 Tempered Rock in your inventory is certainly worth the trouble.
