Why do I randomly drop dead when green and what is with coop?

I want to know about all the different features that coop US and Euro servers have.

I know how important being defensive is and still almost everytime a Tank dies, so do I. It does get frustrating that toasters drop all over the place and I almost never see them and also from a dead Tank, in the times I still stand and click furiously.

 

Clicking? Try holding the use button instead... Just sayin'!

 

Probably the fire that follows the death of a tank.... get unstoppable or something.

Can you please describe your death. How does it happen? What happens?

 

It was from the Tank's martyrdom fire. I just need a dozen levels to handle it better.
