Difficult to say because it could be a dude who upload a girls pic and added random people to make it look legit .. My first impression was that it seems legit but it's difficult to tell .. If you have something personnel on your facebook and don't want to share it with some random people then you don't have to add her but if nothing big is on your facebook then give it a try ..
Beyond that, facebook has lots of privacy problems that they try to solve with "updates" but unsuccessful. Google+ or noone at all! Personal data is used for the most distinct ends nowadays, datamining, statistics, even to profile set, you know, when employers want to know in more detail his/her employees etc. Friends tell me videogames is a waste of time, i say it is nothing compared to "facebooking" which is basically used for personal promotion and publicity.
