Votegag Abuse and Votekick Abuse!

I was playing with my friends in "Point Reloaded LA" and Ernest started putting music into the microphone.

Everyone was complaining so I used !votemute to mute it.

So he used !votegag then !votekick no reason.

That's why he kept playing and I was sure that I could not play because i got kicked out.
And so I could not play with my friends.

Please add a just punishment, why is not the first time he does this sort of thing.

What are we supposed to be looking at ?

 

He missed out the important parts in the screenshots such as Ernest doing votegag and votekick votes against him..

Basically he is saying that ernest was mic spamming by putting music on so this guy decided a vomute against ernest on which ernest did a votegag and then votekick against him..
