    If they don't stop you could just votegag them... or votemute... or votekick if you find it really annoying :P

    But the ping is annoying... i can't stand chicago servers where i get 200+ ping.. EU 60... so it would be nice for US players

    I would love to see a USA HD, or maybe a Mexican HD? :D

    seriously speaking though... having a USA HD would do wonders for ping, and also for long queues
