upgrades/skills costs per enhancement?

can someone point me to where it shows the costs and incremental increases for each skill/upgrade.

it used to show you the increments, on the control pannel, so you could see what you'd get when fully powered but not the costs (ie, how many points/gems and what level you have to be).

it's handy for planning out what's worth spending on - ie. hidden massacre costs gems and I've only got so many so I want to know if it looks likely I could afford to enhance it to the point that I think it's worth getting (if that makes any sense)
