Upcoming new upgrades/skills/buffs? any suggestions?

Will there be anymore/new upgrades/skills/buffs? I was thinking that you could have a skill/buff for survivors that can make you throw projectiles faster, longer lasting projectile effect, radius of the projectile, speed of the projectile, DPS of the projectile, and a skill that can inflict extra damage to a special infected when the projectile hits it directly.
A buff for the special infected could slow down the survivors melee speed with a 10% chance to cause the melee weapon to do less damage for a fixed time, a percent to take less damage explosive/fire bullets only, and a buff for the Boomer so that when you destroy the Boomer and explodes it will send the survivor further.
