Unable to join US-West servers

    Hey i've been unable to join Us west servers, for some reason everytime i try to join from the website, it says server not responding, and i can't detect the server when in game.

    checked the ban list and my name wasn't there.

    Any advice? :)

    Good to see you made an account here too Ian. You probably remember when i told u to make a topic about your issue here. Now just wait for Marvel to fix it :) Then you're good to go

    Sorry for bothering you guys again, but i still can't join the US west server, even after marvel as added my ip in.

    all it says is that the server is not responding, any ideas why?

    Is your current IP still same as the one you had whitelisted?

    This should be fixed now - for everyone. Please state if it's not the case, and we'll revisit the issue. Avoiding closing the thread for now.

    Still can't join though, everytime it just says server not responding, if i try to connect to it using the console, it just says connection failed after 10 retries.

    could it be my ip is banned from there? But that's weird because i've never played on the Us west servers before

    Ian I asked the ISP and they say you're not being blocked so it must be something else. Can you run a traceroute to the server IP and pm it to me?

    Open a CMD prompt and type tracert 72.20.56.200 and post the results.
