Unable to go in USA coop & vs server

    Hi, I got problem entering US server. It says to me "Server not responding" but in fact there is people inside the room playing. I check the ban source and i couldn't find my name being banned from that server. Can any MG help me. Greatly appreaciated.

    He is from my guild, but he cannot join usa server. system respond "server is not responding"
    He can join eu and asia server.
    His steam ID STEAM_0:0:50423679

    Looks like a connection problem, I pinged your IP address from the USA server and it responds, you're not banned as well (which would give a different message). Can you try and join EU just to see if it works?
