They screwed up my order to switch my acct to my new address on AUGUST 1st, and went ahead and disconnected my service today! I knew they would fuck it up... No Internet or cable until they bother themselves to show up tomorrow morning. Sigh... I hate twc. Needed to share.
I know how you feel man. My grandma has that, and she needed to update her box to HD. It takes a week and 2 trips to a different state (over 300 miles away) to get a simple HD box...
