The Forgotten Servers

Anyone who play on different MG PR server noticed that we have some Forgotten Servers: Brazil, Australia and Hong Kong.

Yesterday Marvel started Head Shot day for ALL PR Coop servers. But all mean EU and USA server. Brazil, Australia and Hong Kong didnt started this event (and all the others events i've seen so far, like compensation event and some others).

And it's not the only problem. Often we read about Admin X or Admin Y who spawned this or that on servers to improve the game. But only happen on EU and USA servers.

We have more admins on different servers, like Syd and Lass, and the Pepsi on Brazilian server, but they're there just to show we have an admin on this server. They have no "power" to create anything new to the players.

You can say whatever you want, but this is the truth, most of MG servers are totally forgotten.

Yeah, I was considering putting it on all the servers but I realized people wouldn't know wtf was going on so I left them out.

 

Hahaha, I have to agree with that.

Half the people in HK barely speak English, so they would have no idea and start freaking out and complaining.

 

But anyways, we are only going to have a good base of players when the new hosts are on... Meanwhile we have to wait...

 

As Lass said brazilian server doesnt have a good base of players cause most of us got tired to play on a server that keep lagging and crashing.

i thought the Aus servers are getting quite popular now, despite the fact that the cp loads superrrr slowww and us getting raped by mutated tanks. LOL... and LittleBrother has to change the map for us

A little suggestion: Try an event on the Aus servers, it might be just the right thing to do to attract more new players (I am gonna tell all my friends if theres an event :] )make sure its on weekends tho, cuz thats when 80% of players going on xD...

Well..all that can only happen after the exam....dam 2 days to go...

 

I agree with witnessx, AUS is not always empty, if its empty or has few players, its because the CP load is still slow there. players get frustrated with CP loading slowly or not loading at all, their stats are not even captured even when they win or lose as there is no CP loading most of the time in round 1 or even late loading in round 2.

What i gather from my playtime in AUS server, they would really enjoy it if an event was held there. i told them about the headshot day.. the players were looking forward to it but i didn't know that it was only held in eu and usa..

 

Two words.

Time. Zone.

If I want to take part in a (non AU) event, I have to get up at like, 4am.

 

I think this same thing applies to Hong Kong. I play with people who are on every day, and wanted to be part of the event. Believe it or not, there are lots of people who are in Hong Kong. Even though some of them maybe be confused, I think they would enjoy it.

Besides, I think the only reason there arent as many people in Hong Kong as in USA is becuase first, the CP takes forever to load, way longer than the other servers, which means no skills or upgrades the whole map, if we ever get them, we would almost be at the next safehouse. Second, becuase it crashes lots, and some people don't want to keep connecting. Next, because of the lack of admins there. I and sometimes LB are the only admins that get on, so most of the time there is no one to report things to. Finally, becuase of the first two things, many people that DO get on are farmers, and just stay in one spot, which no one likes.

 

and i can't even ban them as CP is not loaded.. lol.. even when its loaded, my admin menu don't appear at all sometimes..

 

Most of the time, that is. When the CP finally loads, the admin menu does not.
