i've never really player those kind of RPG games, although i know alot of them exists but never really played any. but i talked about this game with someone on my friends list in steam ( cant really remember who |) but i was interested so i downloaded it, but i must say if you like a good RPG game, with quests, a world where you can roam free and make your own choises on who or what to be, this is the game for you !

things you can do in the game:
its a world where you can walk on your own from town to town, killing everyone in it or helping them with their needs.
you can chose to be a elf, mage, warrior, lizard typthingy, and much more, you can customize your own character just like in fallout you can change different aspects of their face and body and stuff.
everything you do in the game has consequences, if you chose to help one person it can make you a enemy of another. if you join one brotherhood you will be a enemy to the other.

if you know this game let me know what you think about it.
if you dont know this game, you should play it if you like RPG games.

 

I have one thing to say: Halo AE > Skyrim

But seriously, I got it, but my computer won't play it bc my graphics card sucks. Hope you enjoy it anyway.

not even low graphics ?, just upgraded my HD 5770 to a HD 6870 and maxed out this game looks pretty impressive. maybe its a good idea for you both to upgrade ur graphics card, if you have the coin ofcourse (''if you have the coin'' , that's said alot in Skyrim )

I don't see what's all this hype about this game? I downloaded it, played it for abit and found it utterly boring. I'd rather get bored playing same old l4d2 than play that game

 

then i guess this game isnt for you then. i was never really into those typ of rpg games, but ive been playing skyrim for a couple of days now and i really like it, its also a little frustrating, i have BF3, modernwarfare 3, skyrim, and ofcourse l4d2, it is sometimes difficult for me the chose

But is this game like the Fable games? Because I really loved those games.

i dont know any fable games, havent played them.

go to youtube and search: Skyrim walkthrough, and look at the gameplay, maybe you'll like it.

i've played oblivion relentlessly and got my hand on skyrim few days ago.I have to say graphics wise not that impressive for todays graphics but the story is definitely better than oblivion.Better combat and skill leveling.But these types of games require you to have no life whatsoever.You just can't play half an hour and move on to other things.

 

I didn't even play it for 30 mins, i played it for 15 mins and thought what the fuck is this shit and stopped playing .. That's just me i guess and that type of game isn't for me . Like you said you would need to have no life to spend hours and hours to play this game on ur own which is why i prefer short single player games and more of multiplayer or coop types ..

 

I maxed it out with my HD 5770 including 8x AA and 16x AF without any fps lag issues what so ever...the game isnt really that demanding graphically tbh....everything looks good at a distance but if you walk right up close to something the textures are AWFUL. Its a pretty good game though, im not a big fan of RPG's i much prefer a fast paced FPS but i rate this, the world is HUGE as well probably the biggest ive ever seen in any game.

Coming from the guy thats spent 70+ hours on games in the last 2 weeks lol

 

Lol yeah, That's between L4d2 and MW3 ..

MW3 was new so i wanted to play it and to prestige - done that but kinda got bored of the game already just like BF3 :twitch: but i might start playing bf3 again .. OR just finish both single players on those two games

L4D2 - I wanted to get to level 210 and do few quests. I am level 210, that's done but i still have few quests left to do whether they r bugged (Darwins Friend 1) or i'm having hard time finding the items (Bryan Cellphone, Golden Necklace and Keither Daughter Picture) is keeping me spending hours on games.

P.S. I would play skyrim more if it had coop option so i could play with other players and have a lil fun you know instead of wondering around on my own and doing random boring things.

 

i agree, lol im more of a online type of person. Thats why my Magicka in skyrim is 999999999999999999999 and i have all the spells =p. All i have to do now is just go around killing stuff and doing quests lol. But most of my gametime will go towards l4d2 and need for speed the run.

 

I downloaded NFS the run last night, gonna install that and check how that's like ..

Edit: Okay so i finished the game and it was alright .. Beats playing 100+ hours on skyrim in that sense

 

lol, Nice!! I'm a warrior wanderin round smashing stuff with my 2 handed weapon. I havent played it too much, last time I played I bought a horse and was looking for the greybeards I think. Got NFS downloadin, cant wait for that .

 

If you do the dark brotherhood, you can get shadowmere
Dragons are also more frequent after you've spoken to the greybeards and got shouts.

 

im getting a bit bored playing skyrim, i have 2 houses, 20.000+ gold, all kinds of weapons and armor, i kill almost every enemie with a couple of fireballs. the fun is over for me

also i killed the dark brotherhood no one drags me to a abondoned house while im sleeping !! no one !! =P

 

LMAO! That hasn't happened to me yet
