Store gfx

Well i think you'll all agree litehawks done an awsome job so far with the store but we thought it best we personalize it a little bit more since at the mo were using the same header as the forum. Anyway i made a few designs earlier and this is what i came up with....however i made a few small variations and after repeatidly changing them around i still couldnt decide which one looked the best lol, so i was hoping you guys could just decide

(Not many know about the MG Store yet...)

So I'll explain. Marvelous Gaming has long been running on a Donor System (see my wiki article). Now, to make it much easier, we are integrating a real store to the website (you will see it soon). You will be able to donate from there via the usual Donor Package. However, you will also be able to buy other cool packages like the upcoming Double EXP Package for Points Reloaded. You can buy weapon upgrades, fire/explosive ammo packs, awesome new must-have Points Reloaded buffs and skills, and much more.

Some may bring up the question of fair gameplay. I'll tell you this: it's completely fair. The people who donate help support MG and also help in keeping it running, allowing us to provide everyone with the best service and awesome servers (for free) not found anywhere else.

So when you do see it live sometime in the next few weeks, consider checking out all the cool donor packages, products, and new PR stuff.

Hmmm im not so sure about it now....is it just me or does it look a little cluttered? Maybe i should spread it out a bit more, theres plenty of room is there not?

At some point is there any chance u could swap it with the 4th one just to see what it looks like and cheers left4pie ill try it with a bit of green in the rays

I like the first one better aswel lite....im going to edit it slightly so hopefully it doesnt look quite as cluttered to one side and span it about a bit more......ill get on it now, shouldnt take too long, ill re-up it in a sec

Edit: Uploading pics that have a slightly larger file size is starting to do my head in....anyway for some reason now its showing up smaller than it should be so ill just attach it instead

yeah thats nice, love it! I want to say add a bit of red (or yellow) to the area behind the word store
to help set it of but I cant help but feel it would just be to cluttered/busy. So im not going too.

cheers guys i actually did try it with a bit of orange in the light behind the text but it didnt really fit with the green so i left it.

Anyway i did a print screen of the store and photoshoped the latest header in and imo it definitely looks better so hopefully lite can update it when he gets back on

 

davzee, do you have a copy of the MG part separate as there is some thing I want to try
with some T-Shirts and Hoodie Tops. Im no good at that arty stuff and need an image to use.

Of course , If this works out all monies will go to MG / Marvel, go with out saying, um...even though
im saying it lol

yea mate course i do.....when i heard someone mention the possible sale of t-shirts/hoodies at the store, i actually had a few ideas for some designs myself so if you want any help with that id be happy to. I mean no offence to MG in general but i wouldnt exactly wear clothing that had a big MG logo on it out and about BUT if it had a cool design that was actually somewhat fashionable i might.

p.s. Im not vain i just take a bit of pride it what i wear lol *)

 

The t-shirt thing was totally me xD I even designed one and PMed marvel about it a while ago.

I updated the logo again as well, and I think it looks great!
