Reactivating my name :-(

I had stopped playing L4D2 online for almost 2 months. But when I returned yesterday, it loaded my original account and level. Later on in the game I was killed, and it dropped me from level 80 all the way down to level 3 :mad2:.

I signed off the game server and came to the site to find that it made the same name over again. If you go to Statistics > Left 4 Dead 2 > Players page and search for "TRU", you will see 2 of them. I'm on the 3rd page.

Is there any way I can get my original name back without having to start all over again. As you all know the game is much harder now. There's no way I would survive on level 3. I kept dying too easily.
