Rare Skills

Today, it's a nice day. Well, i bought a premium account, booster 2x, 2x mega points pack, and the paranoia buff.
I typed !inv ingame to get my things.
And i got all, alright. Then i got a surprise, i got the Charge Block skill.
This skill can just kill the charger that are charging you or pummeling
have 1% of chance. But, this 1% is just like 99%, when i got charged by a
charger, look what happens:

Yeah, it's cool.
The question is:
I got this skill just for my full lucky ?
Or it's a prize for buying that things on the store ?
Where can i get more like for hunters, smokers ?
And the finale:
Without count with me, how much people have rare skills like this ?

How come i don't have the charge block? Instead i have useless berserker skill in that position

 

Sweet! Honorcode said there's a new charger skill that's Charger Block that can be unlocked secretly lol. I think you've accidently did it my friend! gj haha. Oh and do you have any details about how you got it like when you got it? I sure would like charger block haha.

 

Well, i don't know nothing of this skill.
It just appeared in my inventory.
I didn't even played those days, i was waiting for data transfer.

There's a quest called "charge block" (darwin). I suppose that quest unlock it.

And i don't know, cause Darwin's Notes it's my first Darwin quest.

 

I think I have that skill too. I can't just see it or I haven't checked it yet.

 

Maybe honorcode spawned it and you pick it up, I still have a penalty escaper buff he spawned a few weeks back

 

penalty escaper,what is it?does it remove penalty from using defibs?

 

You won't be penalized for incapping or killing a team member.

Darwin's Friend II must be completed first.

ATM, the "ID Card" quest item doesn't spawn.

Until then, it's considered "in development" (Charge Block / "Rare Skills")
