Quest Inventory Lost

    Hey,

    I'm The_Jackal, STEAM_1:1:15066698

    My quest inventory is empty, i had the following items: 25 bag of mutated blood, head spiter, head charger, head hunter, head jockey, head smoker, head boomer and wheel. Today i got 1 bag of mutated blood.
    Is it possible to recover all this?

    Mines is similar to the jackal ​


    I have 31 bags of mutated blood, and every special infected head except the tank, would really like to finish them please thank you

    edit:just got another mutated blood from a paranoia in hard rain finale so 32 now

    been seeing lots of posts and threads about stats and items being lost... just wondering, but is it caused by the server move? if so, when will it be "safe" to play? :)

    It's not caused by the server move, the server move was the result. Because the old data center had a lot of disconnects some mysql data got corrupted. It only affected the player level and quests but only from a couple of players that were online when the server went down.

    So don't worry it's safe to play. This can always happen and we always keep backups as well and restore peoples stats so you don't have to worry about it :)

    great to know it's safe to play still. just sorta cautious since i'm non-steam and all.

    If you buy the game we can always transfer your stats. Keep in mind if you reinstall your PC or buy a new one you'll get a new ID and you'll lose all your stats. You wouldn't be the first one ;)

    We don't restore non-steam ID's anyway so be careful :)
