Problem - The parish campaign + grenade launchers

I really hope this is possible.

Is there a way to forbid grenade launchers from The Parish? The same way you'd try to buy a katana, and it just disappears when you buy it.

It's seriously annoying. Everytime I play that campaign on COOP, there's always a guy or 2 with a GL, blowing every single car in the map.

Just now, it incapped a lower level, that I came to save, only to have another one blow up in my face, killing the other guy, and incapping me. Best part is the guy said I killed him, when I was actually trying to save him.

Got incapped 2 times so far, and died once today because of people doing this, on various maps. The parish is just the major campaign with cars everywhere (dead center has quite alot too).

What sucks is we don't see who's firing the GL killling off the team, since it just says "blah commit suicide" or "blah died"

Although they can just shoot more nades, and refill ammo by buying the ammo pack from buy-menu lol.

Radical solution : remove GL from shop. This would pretty much stop all the car blowing, and people would have to find a GL on the floor to use it, and actually get that car burglar achievement.

So technically this is teamkilling, and out of my frustrating just now, I died, and 2 others died, and basically half the team got incapped. I don't have a demo, but I want to request a permanent ban for the player, knowing he's already been banned before, and he keeps spamming grenade-launcher murders. How can I get around to reporting him? (since the abuse section demands a demo, which I do not have).

I'd also like to add, that despite warnings and telling him to get rid of his stupid GL, he doesn't care and just ignores. I hate naming people, and I want to do it properly, but I'm sure if people knew who I was talking about (care to guess?), everyone would agree.

It's not just the Parish campaign, it is all of them. There are unavoidable cars in every level that some people make it their life goal to blow up. Just about a minute ago I was downed from someome exploding a car in Hard Rain.

 

I posted based on the parish and dead center, since those campaigns have the most cars.
Obviously, hard rain, cold stream, basically all campaigns have cars, and as you said, some people make it their life goal to blow the cars up.
On no mercy, before getting into the hospital, so right after the sewers, I was standing next to a car keeping an eye on the last group of survivors that were coming in through the sewers.
The same person I reported to the admins blew the car up, saying I wouldn't move when I asked him just what the fuck was wrong with him. He just had to blow that car up when I was next to it. As much as it enrages me, there's not much I can do, since votekicks won't work, and the quickest action that can be taken is after finding an admin lurking somewhere, or post here on the forums.

 

This is getting stupidly silly now, yesterday I was playing and KoopA was blowing up cars. I didn't say anything because I didn't know myself if it was against the rules. I got downed atleast ten times yesterday from exploding cars. Player Angelic, the pill-swapping exploiter, took KoopA's idea and started blowing things up on another server. Grenade launchers from now on should do minimal damage to cars (even though in real life situations a grenade would blow up a car).

The person you mention Legend, is the same I reported in my previous post and that I've been talking about the whole time. He's accumulated 4 bans so far (5 - 1 unban), and the most recent was by davzee for team killing. Although I don't know the details of this ban, I can already imagine what happened, and davzee is fully aware of how the player is.

Even though he is the one I see the most blowing cars up (actually I see him every time I play... got life much?), he is not the only one. What does upset me though, is that he keeps denying it when we, or mostly I, accuse him for blowing, when I clearly see him blowing every !$!@%!#!@ing car up, and people getting downed or dying.

I propose:

• A reduction of damage to cars through the use of grenade launchers.
• A permanent ban for Angelic (a.k.a DragonHunter).
• A cyanide pill for legend to kill himself.

 

Lol i was playing with Angelic yesterday (I think legend was on with me and witnessed the car blowing/incapping thing himself first hand) I didnt realize he was dragonhunter....yes ive banned him before for incapping people with the nade launcher and blowing up cars even after being warned not to twice and completely ignoring me on both occasions. He even managed to kill a couple people.

I wouldnt mind if he heeded the warning and toned it down a bit...but no....he just happily skips along spamming the grenade launcher without any consideration at all for the people he incaps occasionally even killing them.

Permaban sounds good to me.....if he feels its unjust let him protest...maybe that would actually make him think twice about blowing up every car in sight and incapping people since admins warning and temp bans evidently dont seem to work,

He's always votekicking people for farming/rushing when most of the times he's the one I see doing such things. And he just doesn't listen, denies everything and goes skipping around happily like nothing happened when people are getting blown off their shoes. It is funny though when he manages to kill himself.

It's not migraine pills I need anymore, it's a cyanide one, so make it two, one for legend, and one for me, please.

I don't think you understand ChooChoo, they just don't care. They blow cars up for the sake of blowing cars up, and it kills people. I know there will be first-timers, but usually, it's people who do everything to get 15 bounty and buy the GL from the buy-menu. I've pretty much died on every map with at least 1 car in it, even the first police car (after getting out of the SR) on the soda map, of the dead center campaign. I've been blown off the parish bridge, sent to the moon on the cold stream bridge, heck even yesterday on the passing finale, Alu (an admin) got run over by a car right after getting out of the SR. We were up on the platform with the van and a car, and someone blew up a car near the fence, so quite far away. The car flew up, landed on him, skid on the rail (near the balcony, behind the car and van on the platform) and dropped behind. One person even asked the other players to warn him when the car explosions were over so he could come, out of fear of getting downed, I can imagine. It's not funny at all, but there are retards who think it is.

Last time I played cold stream with DragonHunter aka Angelic aka Justin aka TheKiller =P, some guy got shot off the bridge because of an explosion, and DragonHunter was literally ROFL, spamming chat in caps if I remember well, laughing.

i've got to say that i love to blow up cars. but not in the way to kill teammates. i'm mostly the rushers up front blowing up cars. and these cars then get blown hundreds of meters in the air and land on low lvl players who then instantly get killed.

i'm sorry for my 19 teamkills i've done ( not all for exploding cars) but i will try not too explode cars again
