Problem help my stats

    Sorry but .... I was level 211 and 60% with more or less 400000 credits. Bought almost everything with 13 jewels. Now I've seen everything in inventory has been maintained it's just that I lost all the rest level, credits and 13 gems. help. I have played and are now level 1 with nothing! But is this normal??? This is a joke? Tomorrow is my birthday and will not be a nice day! Please check My id: 0:11707423 help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
