PR Asia VS&Coop - CP/DB problems

PR Asia servers are having troubles with CP being slow to load or more commonly, simply not loading at all. Sometimes it doesn't even get to the point where I can be authenticated as admin, so I can't even issue a restart command.

I think Coop is failing more frequently, but I'm only basing that on the couple of times I checked yesterday and there were people playing with no problems.

I was going to raise this thread on just coop but I logged into the empty (should have been a sign) VS server and found no CP loading - it came good after a !restart.

I seem to recall previous Asian servers having DB connection issues which resulted in people losing progress, levels etc so I think it needs to be resolved quickly.

asia coop and vs (coop is worse tough) sometimes it just froze for 1-3 seconds.. it's just annoying.. need further confirming but maybe when it froze, the system still recognize my key presses (at one time another survivor is pounced by hunter, i aimed clicked LMB, and then it froze for 1-2 secs maybe, during that time, i just clicked LMB rapidly, then when it back to normal, i see the notification that i killed the hunter)
it's not lag, my ping is fairly low (when empty 75ms, when 8 ppl play, around 130-140ms)
and i noticed, when there's more people played the froze happened more often..
