Points Ranking server survial of the best

Basically I think it would be cool for people to be able to show their skills by playing a survival match where there are only a few survivors that have to survive as long as they can against other people who all have equal stats.

SERVER SHOULD BE BASED ON SKILL EVERYONE WILL GET THE SAME UPGRADES AND SKILLS BUT WILL STILL EARN POINTS AND EXP THAT THEY CAN USE. THIS IS GIVING NEW PLAYERS WHO HAVE GOOD SKILL BUT A L0W LEVEL A CHANCE TO LEVEL UP WITHOUT SUCH A PAIN BY FIGHTING HIGH LEVELS

Survivor points:Earned through actions that would normally earn some bounty and put together with time survived to determine exp and points earned.

Infected points: Same as survivor points but for infected

Survivors would gain survival points for how long they survive and also gain survival points for things that would normally let them earn bounty such as SI killing, revival and etc. At the end the survival points would be converted to exp and points with a ratio (1000 survival points= 500points an 10000 exp or something like that) even better for higher levels would be a percentage (10% of your exp needed to level up).

People playing as infected would gain infected points the same way as they earn bounty and at the end the time the survivors survived would be taken from their infected points (survive 5 minutes may equal 500 points taken away)

Would like some feedback on more to add on to the idea or if this would ever actually be made a server.

The maps would have to be chosen carefully as people could easily farm if they found a good spot to defend (block areas off with fences and etc)
