points co op finale problem

Hey, I think something definitely needs to be done about the finale on the co op server.....i love how hard it is (even on easy) with the tank, it makes for a good challenge but people rarely ever complete it and so it just repeats and repeats untill its either completed or an admin jumps in to change the map.

Often when i enter the server its during the finale and people are complaining about "its the 10th time we've repeated this map" and so i have to change it lol

Maybe make a limit like 3 or 4 re-tries max before it changes to the next map or possibly do something with a votemap change (i know it cant really be allowed to everyone since people abuse it but maybe someone can think of a way around that?) I rekon a limit to the amount of re-tries would be better though.

-> Game detect 6th fail in a row ->
-> Game is giving a vote: "Do u give a fu**?" ->
-> Over 60% of players voted yes ->
-> Game detect succesful vote ->
-> Game giving another vote: "Which map would you like to play?" ->
-> Game detects 40% of votes on Dead Center ->
-> Game is changing map to Dead Center ->
-> LOL xD

 

i think it works....does it initiate a vote as if an admin does it through the SM menu? because an admin vote was started earlier on the finale map and i dont think there were any other admins in the server apart from me. This is a pretty cool plugin tho if it does indeed work....fixes this issue perfectly, cheers marvel

 

ah i really love the black and white punches and the always hitting dynamite rocks of the tank. NOT!!!!!!
The tank just happily spawns and then in the like 20 seconds the whole team is wiped out and being pissed off because its the damn 5th try on the finale of a map.

 

Dont know about on that server but on l4d1 it's not the Tanks health thats the problem but
the reach of its arms, its like its got magical extra long invisible fingers that always seem to hit
when your sure it cant o|O

 

Today i died 3 times at Hard Rain finale:

1st - punched by tank from the roof (bw now), and when i get up i spot rock on my face.. (I had only 24hp but it doesn't mean anything :p)

2nd - punched me out of building, he was inside so i decide to heal myself - healed, nomore bw ^^ but wait, wtf, freaking rock hits me, and now i'm bw again!! HOLY CRAP! ;d had no points for medkit so i just run awey and was searching for medkit on ground (they're so common, coz most of ppl don't have time to heal theirselfes) he tp to me and punched..

3rd - Short one - I've been punched, ofc bw, i've hidden myself behind a toilet, to heal myself and avoid rock - I thought, but dynamite rock........

Ah and last - 1 time i was last one, and i killed a tank! So much to take, and i had over 90 bountys, but.. i can't do anything, coz game ended.. (i get incapted)
