PASS DEAD TANK

On this day in Europe versus the player Death Mask, the WAR guild, went to the viewer and then infected, to have a dead tank.

Well Death Mask is a newer player with less than 300hrs in L4d2. I wouldn't be surprised if he is not aware of this rule. Was this explained in game? I would think an in game discussion would have cleared it up. Achilles will prob talk to him since he is in WAR 2. Since this person prob not on forums I would think this to be closed. Thank You.

I told him the same thing a couple of days ago. People have been passing nearly dead tanks for days now, it seems like almost every game I'm in.

 

Passing a dead tank won't be an issue in PR 1.3. If they attempt to pass a dead/weak tank, they will be heavily penalized in terms of EXP/points (if they are a high level player). This restriction won't be in play for lower level players (as they are probably new to the community). There is also a !pass command which will let players give up control of their tank for another teammate (and the new controller is voted on by the team).

 

I think one when entering a new server but it should read the rules in order to understand the mechanism and the codes, I agree it is a new player, in fact is from my country. into play whenever we talk about the passing of a dead tank, so high and low levels are aware of the consequences. Warmonger if you say that achilles will talk to the player, no problem, I do not want to punish simply to obey the rules of the server.

I would like to know if it is illegal to pass a tank when near death? I thought it was but the creator of this thread told me today to pass it earlier today. How ironic!
