Paranoia buff

    ok so i got to be paranoia tank today.. which was fun but it ended too fast.. as in the round ended too fast..

    so my other tries from buying tank did not spawn another paranoia tank..

    then after a few tries of buying tank in other matches.. a screen message appears and stated

    "the hunter is in paranoia state" wth....

    i tot i was gonna be 2nd time lucky to be paranoia tank.. but i didnt.. instead the hunter got it..

    but i didn't see this paranoia hunter..

    so i believe there is still some bug with the buff..

    Hopefully honorcode can look into this..

    Lols it would be funny to see a hunter with 40k hp.
