Order transaction failed

    When I made the payment, the network was not very good and I refreshed the webpage. After deducting my money, I did not receive the goods, and the transaction record could not be found on the store

    it doesn't look like the payment/order was successful on our side so the funds that left your account should normally be returned back to you with 3-5 working days. If this doesn't happen for whatever reason then message again here or ping me or one of the other roots in #admin-help in the discord server and we'll take a look why and get it resolved.

    In regards to the order, we've hopefully fixed whatever it was that broke so you should be able to order the item(s) again from the store and it should process correctly/normally this time.

    Sorry again, unfortunately marvel is the only person who can handle refunds, his original response was that the money should have returned to you automatically, but I have escalated the issue with him so hopefully you can get your money back soon.

    As an alternative, if you wish, is that I can add items from the store of equivalent value to your lost order. If you would prefer this let me know which items you want and I can give them to you.

    Sorry for the delay. I refunded the first payment. It might take a few days before it shows on your billing statement.
