Negotiator buff Question?

    i have bought negotiator buff, i equip it,,

    it say it will 25% reduce the bounty,,

    but i still buy molo for 8 bounty instead of 6 bounty?? all items still not reduce,,

    btw the the health items still work correct( no increase bounty when buy health item),,

    is there something wrong??

    the price number doesnt change, but it does... if you understand hahaha. (molo is normally 8 bounty, with negotiater it is 6, but the number stays at 6) hope this helps
