My lvl cash ,...etc restart

Hi ... my problem is this ... as the title says my points reset at the same lvl from that between a (HD) was 39.2% pique entering a toast x5 reaches approximately 45% ... but after finishing the return to the same lvl map above (% 39.2) at the time thought it was the toast or something but to go to another sv fix same thing happens this please .....
