my lvl, cash, bounty and gem restart

help me i am lvl 21 with around 300bp 20 bounty and 5 gems but everythnig restart execpt my enhancement.

 

What server did you encounter this problem on?

 

Same Problem With Me And Few Others I Used To Be Lvl 85 and Reseted To Lvl 1.

I Think Me And Gtanz Are On The Same Boat..

 

Yeah i used to be level 74 and with 2k+ cash and 20 gems but now im level 38 with less than 1k cash and only 13 gems but my enhancements are still there. Also all my buff slots are gone
