Mutation Shield

    I got Mutation Shield from a quest and it is equipped on my survivor, but today, I mutated even though it is still equipped. Is it not working or something?

    It only lasts for a day and i used my mutation shield whilst fighting shaman but he still managed to mutate me .. I thought mutation shield doesn't work against the shaman tank so i didn't bother finding out about it..
