MG Store: Your Oppinion

Hi all,

As you may or may not know, MG is opening up a fully-fledged online gaming store. The store will allow you to donate and receive something in particular. It will include some really cool upgrades, server features, and more:

• Points Reloaded Skills, Buffs, Upgrades, Gems, and more
• MG Server privileges (like Ping Limit Increase and Vote Kick immunity)
• Server Packages like the traditional MG Donor Package plus new ones like the upcoming Double EXP/Points Package.
• Secure integrated Paypal donate system (for those that just want to donate )
• Donors will become instantly validated, no more wait times
• Cool weapons, weapon upgrades, melee weapon upgrades, ammo upgrades (spawn with limited fire/explosive ammo), homing missiles/grenades, and more.
• Server features like custom colored chat text and join/leave message

Note: Features and products are subject to change by MG, prior to or after release. This is in no way the actual feature list and may change.

So the big question is, what do you, the community and players, have to say about the upcoming MG store?

Opening the store will give you a wide variety of options to choose from and greatly enhance your gameplay--all while providing MG with the funding to keep the servers running. We will keep products fair so it doesn't overpower anyone and make the game unplayable.

Open it but make sure you include buying by phone. That'd be a good feature!

 

Well problem with phones. is that kids use their money (Without parent allow them to)
But yea its a good way to earn money aswell

Hum, Buy weapon and experience..i don't like it.
It will be unfaire about those who won't be able to paid.

So i vote "yes"...but, really, i hope there'll be no abuse like you said :

 

The weapon upgrades won't be overpowered. I'm thinking of reducing the M16 upgrade stats a bit so it's fairer, but as for the experience, it'll be a fair deal

 

Unique donor skills is something I dislike, I have no prob with the increase in the gain curve, nor with the special features or the easy gems, but upgrades and skills just for donors is just demoralizing to all non donors!
As much as I would like to donate, I just can't afford it

Well, I don't know if you know how much it costs to keep al servers running, but even with all donors and the opening of the shop marvel is still losing money so it only seems fair to try and cover the expenses a little more.

And hey, who ever said that life was fair?

 

God dammit I was going to go for the $6 premium package and missed it by a day, haha.
Was low on money. /frown
