    Hello I'm Stoned,

    I wanted to purchase the Paranoia Buff, but I don't have Paypal. Is there any possible way for me to get it without paypal?

    P.S. If I don't meet the age requirement for the admin application, but I am mature enough / know how to "roll" does that work? I have a lot of people who can vouch me :nod:

    Admin applications are currently closed but we're pretty set on having applicants meet all of the minimum requirements. You could try getting older though... :D
