Max skill lvl

Guys, the problem has emerged.

For example, my Boomer "Explosion skill" max lvl is 7, which deals 15 damage.
If I try to upgrade it, it is written, that you need 1k cash. So, it's possible to upgrade it.
However, I can't upgrade it, since it is written, that I have already reached the max lvl.

By the way, some people have something like lvl 9 of that skil, since they cause 30 damage.

The same is about ANY skill. I can't upgrade further, while some people can.

Please, could you help me resolve that issue.

Maybe that's because you don't have any enhancement stone, which are needed to reach the maximum levels of certain skills:

E-stone is not the solution for the problem.
I have 10+ of them.
