lvl 200+

    Any reason I shouldn't be able to get to 201?

    My exp is 1 pt short and won't advance for some reason...

    You need a liquid enhancer to get to lvl 201, which can be earned by completing a quest that is unlocked at level 200 (can't recall the name of it).
    Alternatively, if you want it faster then you can buy one from the store: Here

    The name of the person on the radio is simply 'The Voice'.

    The title of the quest is Looking For Power 1 (and 2).
