Let's upgrade buying system

New idea for buying system
Favourite items buy - i mean faster way to buy items which u have choosen - Now, to buy molotow, u have to:
1. Type !buy (or press binded key)
2. press 3
3. Press 1
4. Press 1
5. Manu probably didn't shut off, so search for 0 key, or by accident buy another nade
6. Roll down to molo / press 3 if u did 4th option first

I was thinking about new commend '!bf (from buy-favourite)
There will be <EMPTY> slots, just like with buffs, select one, now it will open normal buying menu, u've to choose item and select it

If u have choosen 1st slot and selected molotow, it will look like this:
1. !bf
2. press 1 \ and u got molotov already
3. !bf
4. press 2 \ and u got medkit now

Easy and simple Cool, huh?
