Later order.

    Hi all,

    I have order some stuff from the store, but it has almost been a week and still no stuff.
    I did get an email from marvel on the 6/5 saying he will do it the next day, but still nothing.
    I have email them back 2 times, but no answer.
    I know they are busy with all the bugs.
    I just want to know if they still remember my order.

    Hi paingiver, I'm so sorry for the delay. I have updated your account and you should be all set now, I extended your donor status with 4 additional months because you had to wait so long. If there's any more issues please let us know.

    The problem is that we have to process orders manually at this point, but this will change soon and orders will be processed automatically then en instant activate after pay, so we hope this is a thing of the past later on.

    Thanks for your quick action. I still have not got the gems. Maybe because I was in the game. So I will not play until tomorrow.

    Right now 21 gems.
    My profile is private maybe that why u do not see me in game.
    I will not play today until tonight, so hopefully you all can fix the problem.

    So you need 5 more that came with the package?

    Hi Joerve,

    Thank you for your help. I did get the 5 gems.
    But you seem that you did not know my purchase order.
    My first order was the Double package with the 5 gems missing.
    My second order is the main one where I ordered 50 gems and that marvel say he will give me 100 gems for that order.
    That gems are the one I am waiting the most for.
