    Hello,

First suggestion is to wear sunglasses. :D.

Is this only on the Sacrifice campaign? Can you say what settings you have in-game, and what graphics card you use to play?

the graphics problem occurs only on The Sacrafice, on maps 1 and 2, and in the vast majority of areas. The only places that seem exempt are larger indoor areas and areas of importance, such as the area on map 1 for the tank fight and the gravel pile

Im running an ATI radeon HD 5700 with my videos settings like this:

If it only happens on this specific campaign, I can only think of some type of corruption of the vpk at the moment. Do you know if you can redownload the Sacrifice campaign? just that one.

Haven't looked at your video settings in-game, but it's my best bet.

It's because there's a partially downloaded texture file. Re-Verify Integrity of Game Files and if you want to, change the Model/Texture Detail in-game to 'Medium'. Should work..
