Kicked for hard flooding error?

    So I just got a new computer and I've been booted from 3 games in the last day randomly with the message "kicked for hard flooding". This has never happened to me with my old laptop so is my new PC too fast or something? I'm not doing anything out of the ordinary at all.

    Maybe ur flooding on the servers by spamming too much text or by continuously opening and closing the safehouse door

    Hard-flooding is when a player floods the server with hundreds of console commands per second, knowingly or unknowingly. There are some scripts that will do the same console command at such an alarming rate, it will crash the server if not prevented.

    if you spam vocalize too much or use menuselect bindings or spam !cp or !buy commands with or without script.

    Also you get kicked if you send many incorrect rcon passwords or spam chat messages with control characters.

    HLDJ spam may also get you kicked.

    "Connect" message spamming done by macros while in/outside server will also result into kick.


    We have this to protect the gameplay & servers. most of the times this dosent cause any problems to the players unless the intentonally try to flood or spam commands.

    If you didint do anything above intentionally or unintentionally, you should delete and re-install whole game and try again after that. (delete folders because of scripts too)
