So i join the vicious server on the team that is losing. Slowly but surely we take the lead , our mains have been told to go ahead and the rest of the team staying back.

The admin on the other team does not like it that he is now losing , he then tells the winning team to stop rushing , or out come the kicks and bans. Oh but we allowed to rush on the bridge he kindly said.

The admin in question is -

That guy is no admin here. I will check the logs and take action if required. Thanks for reporting.\

    Edit:

You sure it was him? Because I can't see anything in the chatlogs. Besides that he's a regular player on our servers for a long time now so I can't just do something on a hunch.

Strange he was putting admin messages up , unless he was just a donor and had coloured writing . Maybe he was just pretending to be one i guess....

I would just like to make the situation perfectly clear. Rather than whining about my own team falling behind, I actually congratulated three of the other teams number for their teamwork in making it as far as they did, considering they had been left behind by a large number of the rest of the team. At this, Mr Weathers decided to proudly divulge his apparently superior tactic of rushing. Due to his constant insistence on the merits of abandoning teammates and the continued rushing on both sides, I posted a warning that players may be kicked or banned as a consequence of such actions, which spoil the game for those poor bastards abandoned at the back and left at the mercy of however many infected players have cornered them. I said this in accordance with http://steamcommunity.com/groups/marvelousgaming/announcements/detail/956085549338883854 and http://steamcommunity.com/groups/marvelousgaming/announcements/detail/956084229547530607

It's all in the chat log on VI USA between 2011-02-26 01:33:28 and 2011-02-26 02:02:22 " Carl Weathers: a moral victory for rushers"

seems to me like L has indeed done nothing wrong....looks like its a case of that blurry rushing rule where a team of 3+ survivors are ok to rush ahead if they help eachother which admittedly can be a good tactic sometimes and can win rounds.....it can get annoying though for the people that are left overwhelmed at the back i must say. Ive seen people leave a fair few times because of it. In all honesty i think posting this topic was a LITTLE petty carl sorry lol.

p.s. Everyone knows its ok to rush on the bridge round since its basically a map thats made to be rushed lol

I agree.. Rushing is allowed as long you rush with others and you help them out, and you wont leave them behind.. But rushing alone far ahead without nobody with you.. i cant see anything good for the whole team in that.. But in bridge map, its good for the whole team, if even one makes it to the end xD
