In process of making map: what do you guys think?

A very rapid map/game of scavenge, with only one can, and one generator. All 20 survivors start at one end of the pitch. Infected guard the generator. 10 vs 10. Throw in a tank as goalie, and I reckon you could have a very fast and frantic but hopefully fun game of British bulldog. I'm having the arena lined with water, so that any survivors not quick on their feet will be karma'd. Will be a basic map, but if anyone reckons it could work, or has any advice, drop me a line. Gonna be working on it over the next week.

 

Heres a little change from the norm that may bring some thing different, What if the
Boomer could effect or stun the generator causing it to go slow or cut off when he
pops near it, causing the round to be longer or if it gets boomered more that 3x in
6 seconds it could stop

 

I know what you mean Marvel. It's gonna be hit or miss whether it strikes a chord with players. I think the RPG model is a good idea for it, but maybe limit it so that all extra powers are Buffs. That way, you won't have absolute supermen, but you might get people discussing what powers they should have to compliment their teammates.

 

You're using hammer to make this map? Hey, btw, is it possible to export from 3DS Max directly to Hammer (if you've done it)? I worked for weeks on my MG island map just to find the import fail after weeks of modeling.

 

I did, but I don't seem able to reply. Says my account needs activation or something. Personally, I'd be sceptical of any unban request that seeks to insult the admin who did it more than justify a reason to unban him. By the way, I did warn him, and he rushed on three chapters. If he hasn't been banned until now, then either he just hasn't been doing it, or hasn't been caught. Four hours is the standard ban I do, ever since Superbunny's group post a while back. I can lower it to one hour in future for first offenders if you think it best.
