    be more specific. What do u mean u can't buy in-game? Does the buy menu not show up? Or it does show up but when you try to buy something, the buy menu disappears? BTW, it could have been that the PR servers weren't fully working at that time but now they are fine so try it again and it should work..

    menu for command !buy dont show and dont receive bounty in game only exp and cant buy skills only play lottery or gems lottery
