how to use when you buy something

I have bought something from the store, how do I use it ingame?

 

It depends on what you purchased. For example, if you purchased a donor package, it is auto activated. If you purchased something like the Mega Points Pack, it will be in your inventory, which you can access by typing !inv in the chat box.

 

Ah thanks for the explanation. I have something that went in my inventory. But how do you guys know who I am, if I had used different info to log in, for example, if I buy something online, I give up a different emailadress, which I do not use for an average forum. Anyway, I'm gonna check it out rightaway.

 

We can check your IPadress and your steamID connected to that IP

 

what if someone used hideip and keeps changing his ip quite often?

 

Correct me if im wrong but the ip might change but the location would b the same.

 

Then we can check if he has given a steamnick in his storeaccount and if that doesnt work theres a function to email him
