Hong kong server down

    hello, admin. Hong Kong server has down some days. Are there any problems with the host which cannot be fixed?

    Sorry, I cannot get the point. Is that related with server statistic?

    It's because they haven't been updated to 2.0.7.0 yet.

    They need to be updated to the newest version of the game for us to be able to play on them :)

    As we look at it now it will maybe stay down forever. The host is down too much, to unstable, and people are losing stats because the host cannot keep up with the database replicating. Also it competes to heavily with the good australian server in that region.

    You can't play on it anyway because the host is down like 75% of the time. And when its up you lose stats.

    And all the other hosts fail as well?

    So it is going to remain closed like Brazil?

    At least, until a better host is found.

    Well, since HK is down Aussie is doing much better. And that one is expensive. I just logged on to the HK server, did a ping to google.com.hk, so same city and I had 30% packet loss. That's crazy. Imagine what would happen with the database replication with such huge packet loss.

    I mailed the hoster several times about it but either he isn't responding or he says he fixed it while he doesn't.

    I'm getting a little tired of sending money to these countries without getting anything for it in return. EU, AUS and US never have issues, go to China or Brazil and you're screwed.

    So yes we might give up on HK as well. I was thinking of replacing it with a Russian server, since Aussie has a fairly good connection to HK already and most Japanese play on LA now.

    Hey marvel is there any chance of new server in india or singapore..since there are many players from singapore that would be benifted and also most of russian players play on those many EU servers and get good pings,it is people from SG, taiwan and india are left with no other server to get decent ping.

    why don't change server to japan or korea?

    they have more advanced internet network.. and close to russia too.
