Hong Kong down / Link problems

Hong Kong had so many link issues (timing out) that I had to shut down the server to prevent stats lots to people that tried to join it.

I've informed the host about the status.

 

Seems like the line is stabilized again so I brought it back up. It's also extended for another month to give it another chance. For now only versus will be online on Hong Kong, if that goes I'll start coop later.
