HLstatsX not work

HLstatsX not work. This will be fixed sometime?

 

I think US server do not show any player on the game... but when you see on the server browser youcan see that are ppl playing it.

Edit: At least that's what i saw last week.

 

USA Servers, cooperative and versus not register HLstatsX for several days, you can look at the stats page.

 

I checked your guild in HLX and everything looks fine; maybe there's something I missed or a setting in the database? I apologize but I'm not sure yet... I'll look at it again...

 

A theory... maybe we need to assign your clan to you guys officially in HLX?

In your profile under "Players," for example, it says "Member of Clan: None," whereas
for me, it will say "Member of Clan," then "MG" for the MG Admins Guild... (?)

 

This problem is still not fixed.
Marvel can you please link us coop/versus to the main hlstats db.
I also use hlstats to check activaty from players, and their progress/skill/preferences
Some gamers only play some days on us coop for instance, and than after 4 weeks they are listed as inactive.
the pr system is working fine, hlstats is just not linked or configured right.

 

Agreed... I see on the hlstats for US 0 players when there are player playing there... Checked even when I was on the game myself...

 

I deleted my last post, as it came off all wrong and had unnecessary information...

I'm clearly missing something here, so I'm going to get together with Kitties and we'll solve it as soon as we can.

Alright... for now, all that I want to say about it (until we fix the more important issue,) is that we have internal issues w/ the US PR servers... and the HLX issues will not be resolved until the cause is.

It's almost impossible to speak in generalities, yet give you an answer, but I wanna try to do both.

We simply need to revisit a configuration / settings-related hiccup, then it will be worked out.

I pinpointed the "where" to go in terms of the database to check up on it.

I'm sorry I am not able to tell you more. It will be fixed though.

I'm totally NOT finding where this is. (examined every possible place I know of)

I really want to hook up the PRCO-US & PRVS-US servers to HLX:CE so that the gamers can get what they want.

Can you please point me in the right direction?

I think what Marvel is reffering to is the left4dead2/cfg/autoexec.cfg file located on both servers. Login to each server and navigate to that folder.

If that file is not there you'll need to create it (with the correct file extension).

Then you'll need to check if the file has these commands - the last one in the list is needed but the other two not so much - or add them in yourself:

PHP:

log on
logaddress_delall
logaddress_add

Make sure you have the correct IP and port. This IP and port links to the game servers, if I am not mistaken. This is what Marvel wants you to check on

Note: These commands may also be present in the server.cfg file. Check there too!
