HD Tickets sink beneath ground, Quest items under ground

Notice the TV items for quests in PR-CO.

The same item model is used for Helms Deep Ticket (PR-CO / PR-VS.)

Many times, when I kill the SI that spawns the HD Ticket, it sinks beneath the concrete or ground, rendering it unable to be picked up.

Usually, when incapped, or when TYRING to pickup these items, you need your hitbox (that little circle at the center of your screen you use as a smoker, or to "aim" at who to revive w/ Pillz) can help you pick it up.

Like with a toaster: If incapped, move around, center your hitbox on it. If standing? Backup, move forward, but keep your hitbox on it and hit "E" to pickup.

This doesn't work w/ items that sink under ground (HD Ticket.)

Similarly, quest items in PR-CO are unable to be picked up, as they're under ground, also. They had to have spawned that way at map load.

Is there some workaround to pickup the HD Ticket or find out what those items are in PR-CO?
