I bet everyone has a kill phrase, depending on the player they kill.

As a paranoid tank, i managed to Smoke all 10 high level players in a jiffy ..

Can't say that I have ever played L4d1 multiplayer but apparently you can have a kill phrase when you kill someone? Can you do that in L4D2?

This needs to be added to the servers as a plugin so kill phrases automatically come up in chat.

I don't think that would be a good idea. If i molo spam and kill 3-4 SI in matter of seconds and then my team mates kill few more SI, then there will be all these kill phrases on the screen like flooding constantly when quite a few SI die in a short period of time.
