Freezing servers solved

This has been resolved. The cause was the Automatic Campaign Switcher plugin, that allowed for campaign mapvotes. The server would go to 100% cpu usage after 5 minutes on the Parish finale, or the finale of the new campaign (I even forgot the name of that one since I never play it ).

This plugin has been removed and the old plugin to handle this has been restored. This means no voting can be done anymore on coop and versus for the time being.
